Terms of Sale and Site Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Artemis Labs, 26803 Hanna
Rd Ste 808, Oak Ridge North, TX 77385, United States. They apply when you use
artemispeptides.com and when you buy anything
from us. Placing an order means you accept them.

Read section 2 carefully. It is the condition on which everything else here rests, and it
is not a formality.

1. What we sell

Artemis Labs supplies research-grade peptides and related materials to buyers conducting
laboratory research. We are not a pharmacy, not a compounding facility, not a clinic, and
not a healthcare provider. Nothing on this site is medical or veterinary advice.

2. Research use only — the conditions of sale

Every product we sell is supplied for laboratory research use only. When
you place an order, you represent and confirm to us that all of the following are true:

You are acquiring the material solely for laboratory research.
You will not use it, and will not permit anyone else to use it, in humans or in
animals.
You will not use it for any diagnostic or therapeutic purpose.
You will not resell, transfer, give away or otherwise supply the material to any
person for human or veterinary use.
You are not buying on behalf of, or for supply to, a clinic, medical practice, medical
spa, wellness practice, pharmacy or any practitioner who administers products to
people or animals. We do not knowingly supply that trade.
You are qualified to handle, store and dispose of research materials safely, and you
will do so in line with the law and any institutional rules that apply to you.
You will comply with all federal, state and local laws that apply to your possession
and use of the material.

These representations are a condition of sale, not a disclaimer. If we have reason to
believe any of them is untrue, we may refuse or cancel the order, decline to sell to you in
future, and close your account. We may do so before or after payment; if after, we refund
the amount paid.

No statement anywhere on this site, in our email, or by anyone associated with us, is a
recommendation or an instruction to use any product in a person or an animal. If you read
something on this site as such an instruction, you have misread it — write to us and we will
correct the page.

3. Who may buy

To order you must be at least 21 years old, be able to enter a binding contract,
and give us accurate information.

We ship to delivery addresses in the United States. If you are outside the United States,
email connect@artemispeptides.com before
ordering — international orders are considered individually, and export, customs and local
law are your responsibility as well as ours.

We may decline any order, for any lawful reason, including reasons under section 2.

4. Orders, and when a contract is formed

Your order is an offer to buy. It is not accepted when you click the button and it is not
accepted when the automatic confirmation email arrives. We accept your order when we
confirm your payment and the order moves into fulfilment. Until then we may decline
it in whole or in part, and we will tell you why.

An item may sell out between your order and our acceptance. If that happens we will offer
a substitute lot, a delay, or a full refund of the amount paid.

5. Prices and pricing errors

Prices are in US dollars and are the prices shown at the time you order. We can change
prices at any time; a change does not affect an order we have already accepted.

If a price or product detail on the site is wrong, we are not obliged to sell at
the incorrect price. If we spot an error before shipping, we will contact you,
tell you the correct price, and let you confirm the order at that price or cancel it for a
full refund. We will not simply charge you more without asking.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout wherever we are required to collect it.

6. Payment

We currently accept Venmo and Cash App. Payment is
manual and works like this:

You place the order. It is held, unpaid.
We email you the payment handle and a short payment reference code
unique to your order.
You send the payment from your own Venmo or Cash App account and put the reference
code — and only the reference code — in the note.
We match the payment to your order by that code and confirm it. Only then does the
order move to fulfilment.

Two consequences worth knowing. An order with no reference code in the note is
slow to match, because we have to find it by hand. And an order that goes unpaid is
released: we email a reminder after two days and automatically cancel after four days,
returning the items to stock. Nothing is charged and nothing is owed — you can simply order
again.

We do not take card payments and we never see your card or bank details. The payment
happens on Venmo’s or Cash App’s systems under their terms, not ours.

Do not send a payment for an order you have not placed, and do not send a payment to any
handle other than the one in the email we sent you.

7. Shipping and delivery

Shipping rates, carrier, processing time, tracking and what happens to a lost or damaged
parcel are all set out in the Shipping Policy, which forms
part of these terms.

Risk of loss and title pass to you on delivery by the carrier to the address you gave
us.

8. What we stand behind — and what we do not

We stand behind identity and purity. Every lot is tested and carries a
Certificate of Analysis, and the material we ship you will conform to that COA. If it does
not, that is our problem to fix, and the
Refund Policy says how.

We do not, and cannot, stand behind any research result. We make no
promise about what any compound will do in any model, assay, organism or experiment. Whether
an experiment works depends on the design, the model, the handling, the storage, the
technique and a hundred other things that are not ours to control. Research findings we cite
on product pages are reports of what published literature observed. They are not predictions
about your work and they are not claims about the product.

Except for the identity and purity commitment above and anything the law will not let us
exclude, products are supplied “as is” and we disclaim all other warranties, express or
implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose.

9. Storage, handling and disposal

Once a parcel is delivered, correct storage and handling are yours. Material stored
outside the conditions stated on the product page or the COA may degrade, and we cannot be
responsible for material that failed after it left us in the condition the COA describes.

10. Using the site

You may read, cite and link to anything we publish. You may not scrape the site at a rate
that degrades it for other people, attempt to break into any part of it, misrepresent
yourself as us, or use our name, marks or product photography to imply we endorse you or
your product.

Site content — copy, research write-ups, photography, marks — belongs to Artemis Labs
unless credited otherwise. Citations, quotations and links back to us are welcome and need
no permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

Our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for
the product in question.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive
damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost research time, or the cost of repeating
an experiment.
We are not liable for any consequence of using a product in a human or an
animal. That use is prohibited by section 2, and a buyer who does it is acting
outside this agreement.

Some states do not allow certain exclusions. Where that is so, the exclusion applies only
as far as that state permits, and the rest of this section still stands.

12. Your responsibility to us

If you breach section 2 — if you or someone you supplied uses a product in a person or an
animal, or you resell it for that purpose — you agree to cover the claims, losses and
reasonable legal costs that flow from what you did. This covers your own conduct only. It
does not cover anything caused by us.

13. If something goes wrong between us

Email connect@artemispeptides.com first and
give us a fair chance to fix it. Most problems are a wrong item, a damaged parcel or a
payment that did not match, and all three are usually sorted the same day.

If we cannot resolve it between us, these terms are governed by the laws of the
State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any
dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

14. The rest

Changes. We may update these terms. The version in force for your
order is the one published when you placed it. Material changes will be dated at the
top of this page.
Severability. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, that
part is narrowed to the extent needed, or struck, and the rest continues in force.
No waiver. If we do not enforce something once, we have not given up
the right to enforce it later.
Whole agreement. These terms, the Shipping Policy, the Refund Policy
and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about your order.
