Six sections answer the questions that come up before, during, and after an order — what these compounds are, how the analytical documents work, how to vet any supplier, and how ordering here actually runs. Every answer is written in plain language and cited to its source. One page lists the questions we refuse to answer, and why that refusal is the point.

How this library grows
The question list is mined from what researchers actually search and ask, not from what we feel like writing about — and every candidate question passes a compliance review before it is answered, which is why some of the most-searched questions in this industry appear only on the refused list. New questions are added in batches as they clear review, with a dateline on every page.
