The practical questions, answered plainly. Why one vendor’s price is half another’s, which payment methods Artemis Labs takes, why card payments are uncommon across this market, and how to follow an order once it ships. Everything in the catalog is supplied for laboratory research use only.

Why are some peptides so much cheaper than others?

Because the expensive parts of making a research peptide are the parts a seller can skip. Two costs drive the price of a legitimate vial. The first is purification — crude synthetic peptide is not pure, and getting it there takes passes that cost yield and time. The second is testing, because an outside lab charges per batch and charges again for every batch after that.

A vendor who skips both can be genuinely half the price and still make more margin. That is the trade the low price represents; it is not a discount on the same thing. Do I need cryptocurrency to order?

No. Artemis Labs does not require crypto and does not ask for it. Checkout takes Venmo and Cash App. You place the order, and an email arrives with the payment handle and a reference code. You send the payment with that code in the note, and the order is matched to it and confirmed by a second email. No wallet, no exchange, no coin.

Why don’t peptide sites take credit cards?

Because card processors classify this whole category as high-risk and most decline to serve it. That decision is made by acquiring banks and payment processors, not by the card brands’ customers, and it applies to the category rather than to any one seller. A vendor can be entirely above board and still be unable to hold a merchant account.

The result is what you see across the market: payment apps, bank transfers and crypto in place of a card field. It is worth knowing that this says nothing either way about a particular vendor’s quality. The things that do say something — testing, documentation, and what else is in the cart — are covered under peptide supplier evaluation and the FDA enforcement record.

Can I pay with Venmo or Cash App?

Yes — both are live at checkout. Choose one at checkout and place the order. An email follows with the handle to send to and a reference code unique to that order. Put the code in the payment note; that code is how the payment is matched to the order rather than to a person. Once it is matched, a confirmation email goes out and the order moves to fulfilment.

How do I track my order?

Through the tracking page at artemispeptides.com/track, and through the email that goes out when the parcel ships. The shipping email carries the USPS tracking number, and the tracking page shows the same status without a login. If the page is blank, the order has not been handed to USPS yet.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Parcels go out plain and unbranded on the outside — no product names, no compound names, no Artemis Labs branding. Nothing on the label describes the contents beyond what the Postal Service requires, and everything ships from Oak Ridge North, Texas. The shipping policy is the canonical record.

How long does shipping take?

Two clocks, and they run one after the other. Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed — that clock starts when we match your payment to your order, not when you place it. USPS Ground Advantage transit time comes on top of that and depends on distance; it is a domestic ground service, not an overnight one. We do not ship on weekends or postal holidays, so an order paid late on a Friday is packed on the next business day.

Shipping is a $9.95 flat rate anywhere in the United States, and orders of $300 and over ship free, measured before discounts and tax. Rates, processing time and tracking are all set out in the shipping policy.

Where do you ship — do you ship internationally?

Within the United States, by USPS Ground Advantage, which reaches PO Boxes and APO, FPO and DPO addresses. Our published rates and services stop at the US border. If you are outside the United States, email connect@artemispeptides.com before ordering — international orders are considered case by case, because export rules, customs handling and the law where you are all have to be worked through before we can quote you. What if the vial is wrong, or doesn’t match the COA?

Tell us, and we make the specification right. The commitment is narrow and deliberate: Artemis Labs stands behind what the lot Certificate of Analysis says about the material — the identity, the purity, the lot. If the vial does not match the document that came with it, that is ours to correct, by replacement or refund, whichever you prefer. Report a wrong item within 7 days of the tracked delivery date; a non-conformance claim backed by independent analysis has 30 days from delivery, because substantiating one takes longer. What we make no commitment about is what any compound does in your work, and we never will. The refund policy is the canonical record.

What happens if my vial arrives broken?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs — the outer parcel including the shipping label, the packing material, and the vial itself. The item is then replaced or refunded. Keep the packaging until the claim is settled: the Postal Service can ask to inspect it, and a discarded box can end an otherwise valid claim. The shipping policy sets out the reporting window and the refund policy sets out what happens next.

Do I need an account to order?

No. Checkout does not require one — you can order as a guest, and the order is carried by its order number and its payment reference code rather than by a login. That is also why the reference code matters: it matches the payment to the order, not to a person. What is required is age — the terms of sale set the minimum at 21, alongside the research-use conditions every order is made on.
